At Bold Athletics we follow a functional and holistic approach. We have found that this is very effective when first starting to perform resistance training. Everyone wants to lose inches, gain muscle, and live a healthier, stronger lifestyle. We teach you the proper tools to help you control you own destiny. When taking it a step further we teach you more advanced techniques on how to completely transform your body for the ultimate results and retention even after training with us is completed.

We supply you with all the vital documentation needed to be successful in and out of our gym. In our start up package you will receive online tracking software for your workouts, specific phase by phase nutrition guidance for your goals, and habit changing exercises to help you obtain your results for a lifetime! 

Facility.

We have specifically designed our 7000 sqft. facility to help our clients get the best out of their personal training. Our goal was to establish multiple areas that pertain to different styles of training. We have free weights and air compressed accessories that will allow you to build  functional strength. Strength machines for isolating certain muscle groups for targeted muscle growth. Artificial turf that will help with athletic conditioning, and a group training room that has state of the art heart rate monitoring systems to track ever calorie burned and live heart rate monitoring so you know you’re obtaining results.
