If a personal training client wishing to not finish their personal training agreement due to a medical issue not allowing them to physically train. Bold Athletics will need written documentation from “the clients” medical doctor stating they are physically unable to perform the prescribed exercises. Note that a refund will only be given for the amount paid (remainder of training) but not already used in personal training sessions. A $10.00 processing fee will apply.
If “the client” moves away from a distance of 50km or further “the client” will be allowed a refund if they cannot make the training sessions due to a movement of cities in distance described above. A $10.00 processing fee will apply.
